Namaste.
My name is Monika; I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience.
I started my yoga practice when I was almost 40 years old. I was desperate to find a happier and healthier version of myself. My energy levels were low, I felt weak in my body, and I struggled to calm my mind.
Since yoga has been a part of my life, it has helped me to become stronger, more flexible and more energetic both on and off the mat. In my classroom, I love to combine various movement methods to improve flexibility
and strength simultaneously.
In addition to teaching yoga, I am also trained in meditation and breathing techniques. I draw from these practices to create classes that promote wellness and healing.
I love to teach and specialize in guiding other women who are also seeking new ways to create an energetic and healthy version of themselves. I can help you cut through the clutter mentally and physically to get to your goal in the most effective way possible.
